Rate Structure & Pricing Plans

Integrity Providers Rate Structure:

Base Labor Rate for Remote & On-Site Support: $120/hr
• ½ hour minimum for Remote Support
• 2-hour minimum for On-Site Support
• Time is billed in ¼ hour increments after minimum requirement is met

Reduced labor rates are available for projects, block hours, maintenance agreements and support agreement clients. Each agreement can be tailored to the specific needs of each customer to provide the most cost-effective service.

Note: All rates and plans are based on our normal business hours. After hours and Emergency support is available and is billed according to the rates listed on our Hours of Operation page.

Here are some of our recommended support options:

Monthly Maintenance Only: $500/mo
• Windows and Microsoft updates
• Backup checks and test restores
• Security patches
• Definition updates
• Network alert reporting

Reduced Labor Rates:
Remote Support: $110/hr (1/2 hour minimum)
On-Site Support: 110/hr (2-hour minimum)

Monthly Maintenance Plus: $1000/mo
• Windows and Microsoft updates
• Backup checks and test restores
• Security patches
• Definition updates
• Network alert reporting
• Up to 8-hours of Remote Support Included per month* (Renews each month)

Reduced Labor Rates:
Remote Support: $100/hr (1/2 hour minimum)
On-Site Support: 100/hr (2-hour minimum)

Monthly Maintenance Pro: $1500/mo
• Windows and Microsoft updates
• Backup checks and test restores
• Security patches
• Definition updates
• Network alert reporting
• Up to 14-hours of Remote Support Included per month* (Renews each month)

Reduced Labor Rates:
Remote Support: $90/hr (1/2 hour minimum)
On-Site Support: 90/hr (2-hour minimum)

Monthly Maintenance Premium: $2500/mo
• Windows and Microsoft updates
• Backup checks and test restores
• Security patches
• Definition updates
• Network alert reporting
• Unlimited Remote Support Included per month

Reduced Labor Rates:
Remote Support: Included
On-Site Support: 75/hr (2-hour minimum)

*Included remote support is defined as support for any pre-existing hardware or software items. This does not include support for new items such as new projects, hardware, or software. Reduced labor rates will apply for the initial setup/installation at which point any future remote support needs will then be covered on the items that were setup/installed. This also does not include support to resolve support issues caused by other support vendors.
