Normal Business Hours:

8am – 5:30pm EST Monday – Friday

After Hours Options:

Support needed outside our normal business hours is by appointment only and may not always be available. All scheduled after hours appointments will be charged at the rate of $175 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.

Emergency Support:

Emergency remote support appointments will be responded to with *4-hours of initial contact made via voicemail to 239-949-2500 or 813-855-7000 or by email to Support@IntegrityProviders.com and the words “EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT NEEDED” must be stated in the voicemail or subject line of the email. Emergency remote support appointments will be charged at the Rate of $195 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.

*Excluding all Sabbath days. Weekly Sabbath days are from Friday night at sunset to Saturday night at sunset. There are also a few Sabbath days during the biblical feasts throughout the year, some of which can land during the week. This varies year to year and these Sabbath days are listed on our website.
